Scientific recognition to Professor and Doctor Fondevila for the most cited article in ZER
The indexed scientific article “The Use of Hypertext, Multimedia, and Interactivity in Digital Journalism: A Methodological Proposal for Quality Ranking,” published in 2014 in “ZER. Journal of Communication Studies” and authored by Professor and Doctor Joan-Francesc Fondevila-Gascón, is the most cited article in the aforementioned scientific journal, with over one hundred citations, according to Google Scholar. This recognition adds to others already achieved by the director of CECABLE and president of the Catalan Society of Communication-Institute of Catalan Studies (SCC-IEC), such as being the most cited author in “Comunicación y Hombre”.
“It is a beautiful scientific recognition of an article that establishes, in a pioneering way, an objective, mathematical and quantifiable model of the quality of content in digital journalism,” says Fondevila, creator of the scientific theories of cloud journalism and Broadband Society and international leader in Awards and titles.
