Scientific communication of Dr. Fondevila et altri about corporate use of social media

“New digital communication, new advertising: the case of airlines in social media” is the presentation of Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón, Dr. Pedro Mir, Dr. Mónica Muñoz, Dr. Óscar Gutiérrez and Dr. Gaspar Berbel in the 1st International Congress of the Galician Association of Researchers and Investigators in Communication (AGACOM), held on November 20 and 21, 2017 at the University of Santiago de Compostela.

The text analyzes, in a comparative way, the use of social media by airlines. An unequal use is observed by these companies, which, in any case, obtain performance in the form of engagement with the client.
